Tokyo on Foot: a graphic memoir and sketchbook with hand-drawn maps by Florent Chavouet.
I really enjoyed this book. Stuck in Tokyo for 6 months, Florent was with his girlfriend who was in Tokyo for work. Instead of working, he wandered Tokyo and sketched what he saw. The best part is that this isn't a sketchbook of the best buildings, etc, it's the little things: the fashions he saw, storefronts, a cool temple sandwiched in between giant skyscrapers. Each sketch has little notes on them, some of which are very funny, of how he sketched this or what happened while he was doing it. Very neat.
