Bookworms: our Evening Book Group

Do you like to read? Do you like to discuss books? Come join our evening book group for adults, the Bookworms!

We meet the first Thursday of each month at 7:15 p.m. in the Library Story Hour Room. Sign up with Kay Klocko, the reference librarian, or email group leader, Christie Lauder, and reserve the books through us. It's that simple! Join today!

Book Bunch: A Book Group for Seniors

The Upper Dublin Public Library, in cooperation with Upper Dublin Parks and Recreation, sponsors a monthly book group for seniors. We meet once a month, normally the first Monday at 1:30 p.m., in the Senior Adult Center in Oreland. Contact the Library to sign up and see Kay Klocko, the reference librarian, for the latest selection. New members are always welcome!

Directions to the Senior Adults Upper Dublin Center in Oreland (SAUDC) from the UDP Library: 100 Wischman Ave., Oreland, PA 19075

1. Make a right on to Loch Alsh
2. Make a left on to Fort Washington
3. Turn right on to Susquehanna
4. Make a right on to Limekiln Pike after going under the bridge
5. Turn right on Twining Road
6. Turn right on to Wischmann Ave.
7. Park on the street. SAUDC is on the corner of Twining and Wischmann. The entrance is on Wischmann in front of the handicapped parking spots.


Daytimers: The Book Group where Everyone Reads a Different Book!

The Daytimers focus on a particular theme for each month. All participants read a book, fiction or non-fiction, about our theme. (Please read books that have a “narrative”:  no cookbooks or how-to  books, please!)

The Daytimers meet the third Thursday of each month from 1:30-3 pm. If you plan to attend, please RSVP with your book selection to the reference librarian, Kay Klocko, at 215-628-8744 or upperdublinlibrary@mclinc.org.
